Fine Dining Reservations
Crown Melbourne holds some of Australia's most-booked tables. We hold the relationships: priority seats at signature restaurants, chef's counter sittings and off-menu arrangements for dates that matter.
The table you wanted, at the hour you wanted
Melbourne's serious dining tables release in tight windows and vanish faster on event weekends. Our desk watches release times, holds relationships with the Crown restaurant teams and books the seating category you specify: window, counter, private or terrace.
For evenings that run long, we coordinate the parts around the meal. Pre-dinner drinks at the right bar, a sommelier brief on a cellar wine, a car timed for after dessert and, if the night moves to the gaming floor, a table that knows you are coming.
What sets it apart
Release watching
We track booking-release windows at the highest-demand rooms and act inside the first minutes.
Counter seats
Chef's counter and open-kitchen seats that online systems rarely surface, requested by name.
Occasion handling
Proposals, birthdays and deal dinners set quietly with the floor team before you arrive.
Sommelier brief
Bottle requests and wine pairing preferences briefed to the sommelier ahead of your sitting.
Every detail arranged
- Confirmed reservation with seating category in writing
- Kitchen briefing on dietary requirements and allergies
- Bar and lounge bookings for before and after dinner
- Same-weekend transport and post-dinner table coordination
The booking fee covers our coordination; the meal bills directly at the restaurant. Cancellation terms vary by venue and are stated on your confirmation, with most signature rooms requiring 48 hours notice.
Three steps, zero friction

Date, party size, the kind of room you want and anything the kitchen should know.
We secure the seating
You receive the confirmed time, seating category and the restaurant's own terms in one message.
Sit down on time
Your name is expected at the door. The kitchen and the sommelier already have your notes.

Signature Evening
One confirmed table with seating category, dietary briefing and a pre-dinner drink reservation.
Dining Weekend
Three coordinated bookings across a stay: Friday signature dinner, Saturday lunch and a farewell brunch.
Fees are per booking, not per guest. Restaurant cancellation windows apply from the venue's own policy and are listed on your confirmation. Private dining rooms carry a food and beverage minimum quoted before you commit.
They got us the counter seats that never show online, and the kitchen already knew about the allergy.
Before you book
Dining bookings come down to the same few details most times.
How do you get tables that look sold out online?
Can you arrange a proposal or celebration setup?
