Buy-ins are paid directly to Crown per event rules. Our fee covers registration handling, scheduling and the logistics around the felt. Tournament entry requires Crown membership, which we arrange at the same time.

Single Event
One tournament entry handled end to end: registration, draw tracking and session-time dining.
Series Package
A full series: all entries, a room for the duration, late checkout cover and break-time meals booked.
Coordination fees exclude buy-ins, which are paid per Crown's own event terms. Series packages quote the accommodation separately once dates are set. Crown membership is required and is arranged free with any entry.
